"Tiannu" paint passed 3 provincial new product appraisals, leading the domestic technological level

(Reported on June 13, 2017) On June 10, Zhejiang Tiannv Group Paint Co., Ltd. independently researched and developed and was included in the third batch of provincial new product trial production plans in Zhejiang Province in 2014. "High weather resistance fluorosilicone acrylic heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings ", "Water-based acrylic modified alkyd enamel" and "Graphene coil coatings" three provincial-level new products passed expert appraisal in Hangzhou.

The appraisal committee is composed of experts from Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Sci-tech University and Zhejiang Fangyuan Inspection Group Co., Ltd. They listened carefully to the summary of three provincial-level new product trial production, technical summary, product testing, scientific and technological novelty search and user opinions, etc. The situation report, reviewed the relevant materials, checked the samples, and agreed that the materials provided by the company for the appraisal were complete, standardized, and in compliance with the appraisal requirements. The product formula is innovative, the process is reasonable and feasible, and the related technology has been obtained or applied for invention patents, which is at the leading level in China. Tested by the National Chemical Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, all the technical indicators of the inspected products meet the requirements of the provincial new product trial-manufacture plan and enterprise standards. The users have received good feedback and have significant social and economic benefits. The company has passed ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system and ISO 14001: 2004 environmental management system certification, production equipment, process tooling, testing methods and environmental protection measures can meet the requirements of mass production, product development is successful.
